Practice Details

- Providers work 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM Monday - Friday
- Full-time, outpatient position
- Share in weekend and evening call, phone ONLY - no visiting facilities or hospitals, and is currently 1 in 5.
- Experience seeing all ages as a provider required
