Position Overview

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is expanding its Primary Care services in the Nashville metro area and invites applications for Family Medicine and Med-Peds physicians to join our outpatient clinics. We seek highly skilled clinicians committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and contributing to our vision of delivering top-notch healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, integrity, and a commitment to patient care. Our current needs are to support the growth of our clinics in Spring Hill and Brentwood Shoppes.

Qualifications

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
  • Experience or interest in outpatient primary care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Practice Opportunity Includes

  • 4.5 days in clinic, with 1/2 day of administrative time.
  • Two-year guaranteed salary, plus RVU, Patient Satisfaction, and Quality bonuses.
  • Sign-on and relocation bonuses.
  • CME allowance, vacation, CME time, and holidays.
  • 403B with a generous match (currently 5%).

Current Practice Locations

  • Vanderbilt Primary Care Spring Hill: Thriving practice with four Family Medicine Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, recruiting an additional physician due to growth.
  • Brentwood Shoppes: Practice with two Advanced Practice Providers, seeking a physician to help grow the practice.

These clinics are in Williamson County, TN, one of the booming markets in the Southeast, which includes the top public schools in the state.
