Out Patient Family Medicine

Seeking a Family Practice physician to work with a well established community health facility located in Chicago. Office is comprised of family medicine, pediatrics, OB/Gyn, behavior health, nursing staff and a pharmacy. They are seeking a physician that shares their mission and passion for community health. They provide a very warm, welcoming staff and modern offices.

They offer a flexible schedule:

5 -8hr days or 4 -10hr days
Only one 1/2 day on Saturday once a month which you will have time off during the week

Call by phone only 1:7 - one week after 5pm every 7 weeks, very light

Out patient only
Reasonable patient volume

80 hours PTO
CME - one week paid plus $2,000
