* Practice general primary care at clinic office_x000D_
* Outpatient only_x000D_
* Approximately 36 hours per week_x000D_
* Average patients seen per day is 20; pediatrics through geriatrics_x000D_
* Usual on site procedures can be performed_x000D_
* Support staff is one MA per physician and front office support _x000D_
* Experience with and willingness to round at nursing homes a plus but not required_x000D_
* Call is reasonable floating amongst Culver and Plymouth physicians _x000D_
* Occasional back up at Culver Academies Health Center is expected_x000D_
* EMR is PowerChart, a Cerner product_x000D_
