Provider Healthcare is currently assisting an Outpatient facility in Phoenix, AZ that is in need of a Family Medicine physician to help with locums coverage. The assignment schedule is Monday-Friday working 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Covering physicians must be board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and have a current Arizona license. The assignment requires experience performing primary care for adults and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate is one that is a good team player and has a positive attitude and good communication with patients.
