Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join full service clinics.
- These two clinics are full-service clinics offering a full range of primary care, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, childhood immunizations and obstetrical care.
- Well-established team of full-time providers including health psychologists
- See 18 patients per day
- EPIC EMR
- 34 patient contact hours per week
- Phone call only
