Position Details:
- 100% Outpatient

-Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p

Option for: 2 days per week extended hours 8-7:30, and option for 2 Saturdays per month

4 or 5 days per week. Option but not required long shifts and weekends if of interest.

Start Date:

Start in 30 days - ongoing for 3-6+ months, will consider locums to perm

Requirements:
-Illinois license

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Plus if: Bilingual, Mandarin or Hispanic

Spanish speaking is preferred, but not mandatory. There is a translator on site

Prefer BC possibly open BE

Group:

2 FPs, 2 Family RNs, 4 peds, 2 Ped RNs, 3 part-time OBGYNs
They have NP & PA, scribes
