This is an exciting opportunity to take over a busy, ready-made practice with a loyal, established patient panel of of all ages. - YEAR 1 = Base Salary + Production

- YEAR 2 = Production + PARTNERSHIP

- Average Partner = $400,000

- Experienced team of 7 MD's + 5 APP's
