* Full-time, permanent position

* Salary: $230,000-$250,000
* Vacation: 160 hours

* 40 hours CME up to $2500 allowance

We have schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, some longer days, some shorter, whatever works best for the provider, within reason.
