The primary care locum tenens opportunity in West Virginia:

-Duration: August 2019 – On-going for 3-6+ months

-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5:30p

-Location: Charleston, WV

-Scope: Outpatient only

-Patients: 16-20 per day

-Support staff: 1MA, NPs float between clinics, social workers, specialized addiction specialist

-Group: One family medicine provider

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with West Virginia license
