  • Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department.
  • Outpatient practice
  • Primary Care Outpatient Call is 1:40+ days by phone
  • Pediatric Inpatient Call is optional
  • OB is optional
  • Skilled Nursing Home (SNF) work is available if desired
  • Adult Inpatient work is available if desired, hospitalist model in place Qualifications:
  • Must be Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Have or able to obtain a Minnesota Medical License
