* True full-spectrum Family Medicine (including surgical OB)._x000D_

* Total advanced practitioners in specialty currently in department at practice site: 1_x000D_
* Total FTEs currently in department at practice site: 4_x000D_
* Provider will work at Fosston, Oklee & Bagley, and eventually Mahnomen clinic_x000D_
* M-F 8:30-5PM (1/2 to 1 day off during week)_x000D_
* Volume: 28 - 30 office patients per day_x000D_
