Family Medicine opening in PA Located in Reading, PA Full-Time, Permanent FQHC Facility located 60m from Philadelphia Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified physician to join health center. Requirements:

  • Must have M.D. or D.O. from an accredited educational institution
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Exhibited proficiency EMR, Centricity highly preferred.
