FAMILY PHYSICIAN OR INTERNAL MEDICINE
- Full scope adult primary care (and pediatric primary care for Family Physicians), including preventive visits, chronic care management
- Manchester site is with 1 other full time primary care medical provider, with other specialists at the site as well, including Behavioral Health, Podiatry, and Infectious Diseases
- Weekday telephone call up to 5 weeknights a month, weekend call approximately 1 in every 6 weekends, and holiday call once a year
- Strong collaboration with Physician Assistants and Advance Practice Registered Nurses
- Teaching and research opportunities through affiliated academic partners, including academic title and resources
- Opportunity for leadership and performance improvement project involvement
- Documentation in eClinical Works electronic health record
- Billing submission at the time of office visit is expected
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility (for new graduates)
- New graduates of residency training programs encouraged to apply
- MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) for Substance Use Disorders certified or willingness to certify as part of orientation
