• Hospital Employed, 4-day workweek with ER call
• 10-15 Patients per day in clinic – No clinic call
• Work alongside two physicians, one nurse practitioner and one PA
• ER Call: 7-10, 24hr shifts per month - $1,800 per shift!!!
• Low volume ER averaging less than 1,000 visits per year
• 2-5 ER visits per day
• All RNs in ER are Trauma, ACLS, and PALS certified
• Earn over $400,000 with base salary and ER call pay
