Locations are spread throughout north central Alabama and offer easy interstate access to Huntsville and Birmingham. Hospital Employee, Outpatient with call. Telephone Consultation with 1:5 Call Ratio. $160-170K Annual Salary. Relocation Bonus available. 100% outpatient only. Vacation: 15 days. Full Benefits after 30 days. Dental (Employee 100% paid by employer). Medical (Employee 100% paid by employer). M-F 8-5 . 401 k Retirement Plan: Profit Sharing of 2%; Employer match 50% of the first 4% (Example: if individual does 2% contribution, the employer will match 1%) Anything over 4% will only get 2% [Delete Bullet] .
