Location: Lower Peninsula, North Michigan. Surrounded by hard woods and lakes, the perfect place to spend the warm summer months. Hiking, biking, and boating are just a few of the many things this area has to offer.

Start: 7/2/2018

Duration: July 2, 2018 until August 31, 2018

Schedule: Full time (40 hrs/wk), Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5 p.m.; can do 2 weeks on, 1 week off or a variation (do not have to cover the entire 8 weeks)

Weekends: 1:3, Phone Consults ONLY. Saturday 8am - Monday 8am.. night and weekends possible

Job Description:

-General Family Practice in outpatient setting only. No hospital duties. Must be willing to see all ages.

-Facility is looking for 1 provider to cover and are flexible to accept only 6 weeks of coverage out of the 8 week period.

-EMR is Allscripts EHR

-3 exam rooms

-Average of 20 patients per day

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified Family Practice - Required (will not accept BE or BC in IM)

BLS

Michigan License - Required

CSR Michigan License - Required
