PHY - Contract Family Practice Opportunity in Broken Arrow, OK - April 21-May 26

Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting ASAP-May 26 at their Corporate Health clinic in Broken Arrow, OK. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
