Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding St. Peter Family Medicine Residency Program. We are committed to cultivating competent and caring family physicians through innovative, full-scope, interdisciplinary, and community-oriented education.

  • Schedule: 4, 10-hour days
  • Scope: Prefer Full scope Inpatient and Outpatient care with OB.
  • Call: Shared call, 4-6 calls per month, initial call response by residents.
  • Compensation is between $222,757 and $308,426 per year

  • Eight FM Faculty Physicians and ARNP
  • Pharm D and pharmacy resident
  • Behaviorists
  • Physical therapist
  • Part time OB/GYN faculty will join us from July 2025. We supervise total of 21 family medicine residents and medical students who comes for rotation. Program Highlights: Our Family Medicine Residency program is the pioneer of PCMH in residency clinic. We are rich in OB practice, has implemented a Clinic First curriculum for the residents. We have unique specialty clinics and curriculum including but not limited to:
  • Integrated MAT training
  • OMT clinic
  • Adolescent OB clinic
  • Street medicine clinic
  • POCUS training
  • Lifestyle Medicine clinic
  • Gender-affirming care clinic
  • Outpatient procedure clinic Each faculty member brings their own strengths to contribute to the curriculum and the community. Position Overview: As a Faculty Family Medicine Physician at SPFM, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by mentoring and educating residents and medical students. You will have the opportunity to engage in diverse clinical experiences, participate in community outreach, and contribute to the development of innovative residency curriculum and medical practices. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and educate residents in various settings and longitudinal experiences. Provide high-quality patient care in a family medicine setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative medical practices. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the advancement of family medicine. Qualifications: Board-certified Family Medicine Physician. Strong commitment to Graduate Medical Education and patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in Addiction Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, POCUS, Community Medicine is a plus.
