Physician - Family Practice

We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a Multi-specialty Clinic in California. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 05/19/2025, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role requires expertise in outpatient primary care and chronic care panel management in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. The assignment utilizes the Epic EMR system and offers the potential for extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Manage chronic care conditions for a diverse patient panel

• Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care visits

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty setting

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR
