Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Primary Care Physician (FM) interested in joining our busy Express Primary Care Clinic in beautiful Half Moon Bay, CA. We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital.We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis
Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions in both scheduled and walk-in visits.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
Treatment Planning and Management
Prescribe medications, monitor treatment effectiveness, and provide preventive care and health education.
Offer follow-up care and ensure continuity across the care journey.
Procedures
Perform minor in-office procedures such as wound care, joint injections, abscess drainage, and similar interventions.
Provide appropriate pre- and post-procedural care in alignment with clinical protocols.
Collaboration and Consultation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Participate in team-based care coordination and regular clinic meetings.
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all patient encounters.
Quality, Compliance, and Professional Development
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and track clinical outcomes for ongoing enhancement.
Comply with ethical standards, healthcare regulations, and documentation guidelines.
Engage in continuous learning and stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Active California state medical license and DEA registration
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with all ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Spanish proficiency a plus
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for the unique needs of elderly patients
Pay Range
$120.19 - $134.61 /hour
