Position Overview:
  • Outpatient Only – Focus exclusively on outpatient care, no inpatient responsibilities.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM – Enjoy your weekends off and a consistent, predictable schedule.
  • Patient Load: Work with an average of 10-15 patients per day, allowing you to spend quality time with each patient and provide exceptional care.

Job Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care for senior patients.
Manage chronic conditions, conduct wellness exams, and provide preventive care.
Build lasting relationships with patients and their families
Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up for all patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

MD or DO with Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
A passion for working with the senior population.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with the support of a collaborative team.
