Medical Director of Primary Care division for a facility in the Naples, FL area

Exciting opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to step into a leadership role as Medical Director of the Primary Care division at a major healthcare organization in the Naples, FL area.

• Must be Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• Mon-Fri 40 hours a week - must be flexible to meet the needs of the organization - days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required to expand access to care
• 80% seeing own patient panel and 20% admin each week
• Responsibilities include clinical practice, oversee compliance, responsible for the continuous quality improvement program, assess annual performance, achieve strategic goals, address clinician behavior and impairment issues, and more
• Preferred 5+ yrs exp in Family Practice
• Admin and leadership exp managing other clinicians in practice required
• FL license, DEA, CPR, BLS
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish or Creole)
