Who We Are
Welcome to My Health Onsite (MHO), where healthcare meets heart! We’re a leading provider in Florida with 23 employer-sponsored healthcare centers that serve schools, city and county governments, sheriff's offices, fire departments, and private organizations. Our goal? To offer proactive, personalized, and engaging healthcare for employees, retirees, and their families—all at no cost to them! From wellness programs to preventive care, we’re here to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
As our Family Practice Provider you’ll be the guide meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle. We keep caseloads manageable, so with 12-15 patients a day and no double bookings, you’ll have the time you need to focus on each individual as a person rather than a number.

- Collaborative Environment: We take care of staffing and support so you can focus on care.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Empathy & Expertise: With a Master’s in psychology or related field and a Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), you’ll use your experience to deliver care with compassion.
- Team Player Vibes: You’re here to help patients and colleagues alike.
- Tech Savvy: EMR experience is a plus, as is any experience with Trauma-Informed Care!
