Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English and Spanish) Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Naples, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled physician with a focus on providing patient-centered care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care, but we welcome applications from experienced physicians who can thrive in a team-focused setting.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and wellness.

Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure optimal health outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Stay current with medical advancements and industry trends to provide the best patient care.
Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care is required.

Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse patient populations.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
