Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English and Spanish) Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Naples, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled physician with a focus on providing patient-centered care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care, but we welcome applications from experienced physicians who can thrive in a team-focused setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and wellness.

  • Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure optimal health outcomes.

  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

  • Stay current with medical advancements and industry trends to provide the best patient care.

Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care is required.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse patient populations.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
