Salary and Benefits

• Salary starting at $200,000 for new graduates
• Average earnings between $240,000 and $250,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000
• Student loan repayment up to $75,000 with a 2-year commitment

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or optional 4-day week (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Outpatient only – no call required (covered by in-house hospitalist team)
• Patient panel includes all ages
• Patient volume: 18 to 20 per day
• EMR system: Ocean Epic
• Supportive work environment with admin time available

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Clear and active Alabama medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• New graduates welcome
