Missouri FP - Up to 300K Salary - 25K Sign on

Practice Details:

• Join a thriving community health center in a burgeoning community
• Home to Missouri University of Science and Technology and Fort Leonard Military Base
• Expert support staff to include advanced practice providers
• Average 20 patients per day
• 4 Day weeks available
• May provide care at satellite location 1 day per week – 30 minutes from Rolla – Will provide mileage reimbursement

Compensation:

• Up to 300K salary (commensurate with experience)
• 25K sign on bonus
• 50K student loan assistance (through NHSC)
• 20 Days PTO plus national holidays
• 5 Days CE with 3K Allowance
• 401K with 4 percent match
• Health, Dental, Vision
• Can assist with J1 and H1 support
