$475,000 base salary. $75,000 sign on bonus. $60,000 retention bonus. 403b with 50% match, amazing additional plan that is all hospital money (5% of base for years 1-5, increases to 10% after vesting after year 5). Paid malpractice with tail coverage. Hospital Employee . Only 3-4 days of call each month. 800 deliveries annually.
