Requirements:

• New York state license

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient adult primary care

• Conduct physicals, follow-ups, and routine visits

• Manage diabetes and hypertension

• Handle acute and chronic visits

• See 15-18 patients per day

Additional Information:

• One full day per week for remote administrative work
