Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position Type: W2 Contract/Full-Time

We are hiring one: Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor . we value finding the right match for our patient needs. Any of the three licensures are welcome to apply. We also believe that you should be able to choose your working modality so candidates may choose between W2 employment with full benefits or an independent contractor position with an industry-standard commission contract. Duties

As an LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.

Your duties will include:

- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients

- Providing individual and group therapy sessions

- Implementing evidence-based interventions to address mental health concerns

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

- Advocating on clients' needs and rights

- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records

Required Experience & Skills:

· EMDR or Play Therapy experience (required)

· Crisis intervention and crisis management skills

· Experience working with children and adolescents (required)

· Proficiency in telehealth service delivery

· Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills

Minimum Requirements

· Must hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC

· Must have either play therapy or EMDR experience Licensure in NC is required, Licensure in SC highly valued.

· Proficient in providing telehealth services Experience working as a children and adolescents provider or willingness to do so.
