Excellent opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic team at the Banner Health Center Plus in Glendale, located in the vibrant Northwest Valley of Phoenix. This center offers a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, pediatrics, specialty medicine, imaging, and an on-site pharmacy, all in one convenient location to serve the needs of this growing community.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Monday-Friday schedule with minimal phone-only call
• Average patient volume: 18-24/day
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Enjoy a collaborative environment with dedicated Medical Assistants, front office staff, and strong leadership support
• Care for patients of all ages, focusing on wellness, chronic disease management, and procedures aligned with your clinical interests

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology/EMR (Cerner experience a plus)
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented
