--Monday through Friday, 8AM-6PM, some call coverage
--Board Certified required
--Active Indiana license and DEA required
--Must be able to assist with: skin biopsy, steroid injection, immunizations pediatric
--Patient volume: 20 per day
--Support Staff: 1RN and 6MA
--EMR: Epic
