Primary Care/ Family Physician – South Bend, IN
COMPENSATION: $200,000-250,000 Plus 10% bonus

We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic South Bend, IN.
We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

Role:
• Compensation: $200k-$250k plus 10% of base salary bonus potential
• Location: South Bend, IN
• Need: 1 primary care physician
• Full range of Family Practice
• Skin procedures, EKG, Acute visits, Annual physicals
• Call: max of 2 per month
• Can take care of patients without copays and deductibles
• Patient volume: Avg. 12-15j (busiest days 15-17)
• Patient demographics: 50/50 men/women, (12% ages 2-26)
• Clinic Staff: 2-MD’s, 2-APP’s, 5-MA’s

• Adoption: same as maternity and paternity leave
