We are seeking a Locums Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient care in a public service clinic setting, serving the homeless and underserved populations in Atlanta, GA. This role offers a day shift schedule, with hours varying between 7 AM – 7 PM. The position is ASAP start and ongoing, with no call requirements.
In this position, the physician will see 10-12 patients per day, primarily adult patients, in a clinic setting focused on delivering essential healthcare services to vulnerable populations. The role requires comfort with performing pelvic exams, Pap smears, and employment physicals. The clinic utilizes EP as its EMR system, ensuring streamlined documentation and patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Georgia medical license and DEA
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience after training
- BLS Certification
