A growing group near Elkhart Indiana has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician.

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
• Rotating late shift 1x per month 10:30am-8:00pm
• Full-time, permanent
• 100% outpatient
• Option to do OB, not required
• Open to all experience levels
• Will see all ages
• 20+ patients per day
• On-call by phone only (minimal)
• EMR Athena
• Preceptor opportunities available
