StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking an Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 8:30a-4:30p Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends. Client will consider 4-day work week.
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care, College students and some faculty, adults only
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 Days. Possibly shorter.
- Must have an active Kentucky state license
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
