Optigy Group is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Brimfield, MA. This is a full-time opportunity with a manageable patient load in a well-established practice setting. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care for all ages, with no hospital privileges required.

Outpatient Only – No inpatient responsibilities
No Procedures Required
No Call, Nights, or Weekends
Medical Group Appointments Only – No hospital rounding
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing in 90 Days (Must work quickly with the medical staff office)

Location: Worcester & Brimfield, MA

End Date: March 31, 2026
Patient Load: 12-20 per day

Qualifications

Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active CSR and DEA (or willingness to obtain)
Licensed or Eligible for Licensure in Massachusetts
Experience with Outpatient Primary Care
Commitment to Value-Based Care & Patient-Centered Approach

Working Hours

Schedule: Flexible – 36 hours per week (Nine 4-hour sessions)
On-Call: No

Skills

Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis – Conduct comprehensive history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments for patients of all ages to develop effective treatment plans.
Chronic Disease Management – Manage diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, COPD, and other chronic conditions, emphasizing preventative care and patient education.
Acute Care & Common Illness Treatment – Diagnose and treat acute conditions like respiratory infections, musculoskeletal issues, minor injuries, and gastrointestinal concerns.
Preventative & Wellness Care – Provide annual physicals, immunizations, screenings, and health risk assessments to support long-term patient well-being.
EMR Documentation & Coordination – Utilize EPIC EMR to accurately document patient encounters, coordinate referrals, and ensure continuity of care with specialists and other providers.
