  • Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 20 patients per shift. The facility is seeking a Family Practice Primary Care clinician who can see patients of all ages and is available for a minimum of three days per week, preferably Tuesday through Thursday. The position requires coverage in Conyers from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an expected patient volume of 20 per day. Coverage is needed from the end of March on an ongoing basis. Epic training, required before the provider can start, is held every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and can only be completed after credentialing.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.

Qualifications

- License: An active Georgia state license is required
-Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
