Our well-established practice in Texas is seeking a Family Physician to lead and care for a patient population across 62 counties. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized care in a supportive environment with great leadership, administrative support, and a collegial team.


Practice Highlights


  • Lead a team in a collaborative setting with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care
  • Provide a full spectrum of services, from preventive care to managing complex conditions, for pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  • Work in a modern 12-exam room clinic with 2 procedure rooms, an onsite lab, and your own private office space
  • Enjoy a culture of teamwork and camaraderie, where physicians and staff collaborate to ensure the best outcomes for patients


Physician Schedule


  • 4.5-day schedule with a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks, supported by a team that handles many of the day-to-day operations
    • 6-7 pediatric call days per month, including well-baby visits, occasional deliveries, and inpatient rounding
    • One full weekend call per month


Compensation & Benefits


  • Annual base salary of $250,000 to $300,000, with the potential to earn over $400,000 through wRVU production
  • Relocation assistance, commencement bonus, student loan forgiveness, and paid time off provided
