Primary Care Physician

A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a new, licensed Primary Care Physician to join their Primary Care team in Queens.

Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing the appropriate care to a diverse patient base from homeless families to insured patients. Details include:

• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
• Call Duties: None

Qualifications:

• M.D., D.O.
• Board Eligible / Certified
• Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine background
