Compensation:

  • Competitive monthly pay range: $4,500 - $7,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate student engagement in patient encounters through 3-way HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultations using your existing patient panel.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the practicum, aligning them with student learning outcomes.
  • Mentor students in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application in real-world settings.
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies to support students in achieving their educational objectives.
  • Assess student progress in meeting learning goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance student development.
  • Collaborate with academic faculty in evaluating student performance.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in your area of specialty.
  • Active telemedicine patient panel.
  • Knowledge of telemedicine practices, platforms, and regulations is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as a preceptor is an advantage.
