• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
• Requirements:
  • Must be able to see patients of all ages
  • Must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week (preferably Tuesday – Thursday if only working 3 days)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 21 days
• Epic Training: Required before start date, offered every other week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Must have an active Georgia medical license (IMLC not accepted)

  • ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
  • ABLS (Advanced Burn Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
