Family Medicine Physician

A healthcare organization with multiple sites around New York is seeking to add a licensed Primary Care Physician to their growing team in Orange County.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Options include three 12-hour shifts, four 9-hour shifts, or five 7-hour shifts per week
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
• Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care
• Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including but not limited to, preventive health recommendations and habits
• Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
• Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports and examination results
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• M.D. / D.O.
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine
• DEA/BLS/ACLS
