What You Bring

• Educational Background: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Current or eligibility for an Arizona state medical license .
• Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine .
• Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred, with a passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
