Family Medicine opening in Kentucky - Located in Danville, KY - Lexington 35m - Full-time, permanent position - Salary Range: $270k-$330k The Opportunity Center recognized as one of the 100 Greatest Community Hospitals in America, is seeking an Experienced, Board Certified, or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join its growing ambulatory outpatient program. Program Highlights: Work in an outpatient-only setting with minimal service call requirements. Opportunity to quickly build a busy practice, with 25+ patient visits per day. Support the expansion of a robust ambulatory care program. Part of a larger network with 14 family/internal practice clinics serving a six-county area in central Kentucky. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing acute, chronic, and preventive health needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Support the mission of delivering healthcare close to home for residents of central Kentucky. -Compensation & Benefits This is a three-year employed agreement with Ephraim McDowell Health Resources, offering competitive compensation and benefits: Compensation: Years 1 and 2: Guaranteed salary based on local market conditions. Year 3: Base salary plus wRVU productivity incentives. Commencement Bonus (paid within 30 days of start date). Student Loan Forgiveness (over a 5-year period). Stipend available for candidates completing training before their start date. Benefits: Health Insurance: Two coverage options available, starting immediately. Paid Time Off (PTO): 8 hours accrued per pay period (starts immediately). Sick Time Off: 6 hours accrued per pay period (begins after 90 days). Short- and long-term disability insurance.
