Join a core group of 6 MDs and 3 NPs at this busy independent hospital in northwest Iowa.
- Traditional Outpatient / Inpatient, No OB or ED requirement
- Flexibility to focus on your area of interest (e.g., subspecialty, geriatrics, etc.)
- EMR=EPIC; Dragon dictation & AI scribe
- Flex scheduling options
- 2-year income guarantee; fast practice ramp up expected
- 475k proven earnings
- 290k recruitment incentives + 1k/month residency stipend beginning month contract is executed
- 6 weeks PTO, 5 days/5k CME
- Student Loan Repayment / PSLF
- H1b and J1 eligible
