Qualifications:

• Must be a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Required degree: MD or DO
• Experience in a primary care outpatient setting preferred
• Strong ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages in a family medicine setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management
• Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model
