Primary Care Physician opening in Corning, NY 38m to Sayre, PA Full Time and Permanent Position Accepts J1 and H1 Visa Join our Primary Care team to provide high-quality patient care to rural communities. As a provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering care while collaborating with specialists through a robust referral network. Highlights of the Opportunity: Full-time, outpatient-only practice; OB optional. Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, caring for patients from birth to geriatrics. Collaborate with peer physicians and advanced practice providers. Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment supported by administration. Contribute to positive patient outcomes and the success of our organization. Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with options for a four-day workweek and flexible schedules. Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, in addition to holidays and sick leave. Rotating call schedule limited to phone calls only. Dedication to Quality Patient Care: Utilize a robust EHR (EPIC) for seamless communication. Easy access to specialists within the organization. All locations are Patient-Centered Medical Home accredited under NCQA standards. Care Coordinators (RN) available to assist high-risk patients and provide education. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary starting at $275,000 annually. Starting bonus of $100,000. Medical school loan repayment of up to $150,000. Allowance for licensure fees and DEA certificate renewals. $10,000 referral bonus for referring a full-time physician.
