Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for March 25, 26, 27 & 28 at their Corporate Health clinic in Mokena, IL. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on March 25 & 26, 9:00am-7:00pm on March 27, and 8:00am-3:00pm on March 28, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
