Job Responsibilities

Provides high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Performs routine health check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, including prescription medications and referrals to specialists when necessary.
Educates patients and their families about health issues, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Actively participates in community events and initiatives to promote health and wellness, and to build relationships with patients and community members.

Qualifications

Degree in Medicine, Nursing, or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.

Active and unrestricted license to practice in New York.
3-5 years of experience in primary care preferred, new grads welcome.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and engagement.
